A Doerksen visit

We are fortunate to live by mountains, both because they're beautiful to look at, and because it means our friends want to come and snowboard on them! That meant that we got to host Colin & Tasha on their annual snowboarding trip this year! Yay! So while they may say they came out to do Whistler and Mount Baker, deep down they really came to play games. =) And play games, we did. Some Settlers, some Carcossonne, some Goa, some Rook. Good times! (Except maybe for Colin, who didn't really win anything.) =)

Anyway, it was so good to connect with them again in person. And I loved that our kids got to see them again too. Josiah still talks a fair amount about Selkirk and his friends there, so it was nice that he got another good dose of old friends.
